Prophesies Pertaining To Our Days

David And The Holy Trinity

For far too long, the eyes of the children of Israel have been closed, and unable to comprehend the Holy Trinity.  In the following pages:  I have quoted several scriptures from the Torah, the Tanakh, and the New Testament that support their validity.  However, I chose to isolate the previous passages, because these scriptures in particular prove that David:  A former leader of the children of Israel, a prophet, and a psalmist; understood and identified the Holy Trinity, before the birth of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.  It is my hope that if you are a descendant of Israel and practice Judaism; you will begin to re-examine all of the Word of God, and not limit yourself to the study of Torah alone.

For ages, the teachings of the prophets have been neglected or ignored altogether; in order to follow the strange teachings of this world, and unless we return to the teachings of the prophets, in the Word of God; we cannot and we will not understand the dark cloud that is forming above us.  It is important to understand that without the wisdom of the entire Word of God, it will be difficult to comprehend or prepare for the end times.  We will not be ready for the tribulation or prepared to meet the Lord, our Messiah.

He who is enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord mocks at them.  Then He speaks to them in anger, terrifying them in His rage, “But I have installed My king on Zion, My holy mountain!”  Let me tell of the decree:  the LORD said to me, “You are My son, I have fathered you this day.  Ask it of Me, and I will make the nations your domain; your estate, the limits of the earth.  You can smash them with an iron mace, shatter them like potter’s ware.”

  Psalms 2:4-9 (Tanakh)

Please review Hebrews, chapter one.

      A psalm of David.

The LORD is my shepherd; I lack nothing.  He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me to water in places of repose; He renews my life; He guides me in right paths as befits His name.  Though I walk through a valley of deepest darkness, I fear no harm, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff—they comfort me.

You spread a table for me in full view of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my drink is abundant.  Only goodness and steadfast love shall pursue me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD for many long years.

Psalms 23 (Tanakh)

Please note:

“I am the good shepherd.  The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.”

John 10:11 (NIV)

Please review 1 Samuel 17:31-37.

Your divine throne is everlasting; your royal scepter is a scepter of equity.  You love righteousness and hate wickedness; (the Son of God) rightly has God, your God, (Almighty God the Holy Father) chosen to anoint you with oil of gladness over all of your peers.

Psalms 45:7-8 (Tanakh)

      Of David. A psalm.

The LORD (Almighty God the Holy Father) said to my Lord, (the Son of God)

“Sit at My right hand while I make your enemies your footstool.”

The LORD (Almighty God the Holy Father) will stretch forth from Zion your

(The Son of God) mighty scepter; Hold sway over your enemies!  Your people come forward willingly on your day of battle.  In majestic holiness, from the womb, from the dawn, yours was the dew of youth.

The LORD (Almighty God the Holy Father) has sworn and will not relent,

“You are a priest forever, a rightful king by My decree.”  The Lord (the Son of God) is at your (Almighty God the Holy Father) right hand.  He crushes kings in the day of His anger.  He works judgment upon the nations, heaping up bodies, crushing heads far and wide.  He drinks from the stream on his way; therefore he holds his head high.

Psalms 110 (Tanakh)

Please note:

While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, “What do you think about the Christ?  Whose son is he?” “The son of David,” they replied.  He said to them, “How is it then that David, speaking by the Spirit, calls him ‘Lord’?” For he says, “'The Lord said to my Lord:  “Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet.'”

If then David calls him ‘Lord,’ how can he be his son?”

Matthew 22:41-45 (NIV)

Open the gates of victory for me that I may enter them and praise the LORD.  This is the gateway to the LORD—the victorious shall enter through it.

I praise You, for You have answered me, and have become my deliverance.  The stone that the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.  This is the LORD’s doing; it is marvelous in our sight.

Psalm 118:19-23 (Tanakh)

Please note:

Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: ‘The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes?’  “Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit.  He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but he on whom it falls will be crushed.”

Matthew 21:42-44 (NIV)

The builders are the teachers of the law and the Pharisees, whom the rabbi’s of today descend from that believe in the “oral teachings of Moses” or “white fire and black fire,” and have since added a mountain of laws to the original Laws of Moses.

The children of Israel were chosen to be a light of God, for the rest of the nations; so that the world might be led to the Lord, to learn about him and to follow his ways. Because they failed, Jesus prophesied that another light would be chosen.

These are the last words of David:

The utterance of David son of Jesse, the utterance of the man set on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob, the favorite of the songs of Israel:  ‘The spirit of the LORD has spoken through me, His message is on my tongue; the God of Israel (the Son of God) has spoken, the Rock of Israel (the Son of God) said concerning me: “He who rules men justly, he who rules in awe of God (Almighty God the Holy Father) is like the light of morning at sunrise, a morning without clouds—through sunshine and rain [Bringing] vegetation out of the earth.’  Is not my House established before God?  For He has granted me an eternal pact, drawn up in full and secured.  Will He not cause all my success and [my] every desire to blossom?

2 Samuel 23:1-5 (Tanakh)

Please note:

For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers, that our forefathers were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea.  They were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea.  They all ate the same spiritual food and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them and that rock was Christ.

1 Corinthians 10:1-4 (NIV)
